Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists has a new EMR system and Patient Portal! All patients should have received an email with a link to set up an account on our new patient portal. To speed up the check-in process, please use that link to set up your account and enter your information prior to coming to Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists for your appointment.

New patients must use the link sent via email, after scheduling your appointment to create your new patient account (please check your junk email and inbox for a message from Exscribe). Please email info@laorthospec.com if you do not have the email, or have any problems with the link that was sent via email.
New patient forms are here and can be printed, completed, and brought to the clinic for your appointment. However, please note that this process will require someone to enter the information into your chart after you arrive for your appointment and may take more time at check-in. The patient portal is the quickest and most accurate method to complete the information needed prior to check-in for your appointment.
